Page Thumbnails by default on launch Acrobat?

How can I get Page Thumbnails to appear on the interface by default each time I launch Acrobat Pro DC? Right now I have to go to the View/ShowHide/Navigation Panes/Page Thumbnails

Is there a way to have the Page Thumbnails appear as a default when I launch Acrobat Pro DC?

This can be set as a per-document default (under Properties), but not I think as a default for all documents.
