Paid Adobe acrobat standard 2020 using sign-in license turned into Pro version trial after reinstall

Hello everyone, Anyone knows how to fix this? installed in the same PC. Reinstalled and unistalled and deleted file traces no luck. Signed in and out, Even used Adobe unistall tool. Still not yet returning to Acrobat standard.

Hello, You might have not validated the serial number or have installed the wrong application.

Please uninstall the previously installed application completely from the system, you can use this below-mentioned cleaner tool to do so.

Acrobat Cleaner tool For windows:-

Reinstall the application from this below-mentioned link:-
Download Acrobat 2020:-
https://trials.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/APRO/Acrobat_HelpX/win32/Acrobat_2020_Web_WWMUI.zip 

Download guideline:
(1) Kindly download the file completely.
(2) After that click on the .exe file. and follow the on-screen instructions to extract the file.
(3) Run the installer.
(4) Then sign in with your Adobe ID.
(5) Enter the serial number and activate your application.

Hello, tried doing what you suggested, unfortunately still going to acrobat pro.

When i first started using acrobat standard version with my sign in ID, it did not ask for any serial number. The sign in ID was enough.

I had sucessfully done 2 reinstall. this is just the first time happening my acrobat going to the Pro version

Please tell us the exact version shown in the app. It is something like 2029.123.98765. Please show the whole string of numbers.
