paiement mensuel de 29.99 euros au lieu de 17.99 euros

Question

Je viens de constater que j'ai un paiement mensuel de 29.99 euros tous les mois, au lieu de 17.99 euros, ceci depuis le mois de fevrier 2020.

J'avais déjà , au par avant, un abonnement de 17.99 euros que j'ai renouvellé.

Je voudrais porter reclamation.

Savez vous comment je dois m'y prendre?

Hi Sandra,

Looking at the description given above, I believe your subscription type for the Acrobat DC has been changed. 29.99 euros is for the Month-to-Month plan. However, 17.99 is for Month-to-Month (annual commitment) one.
