Pan and select tool problem

Question

I have Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, Version 2015.006.30355.  When I click on the pan tool and try to pan, it only works when I click when the hand is moving.  If I stop moving the pan tool (hand), the hand turns into the select tool (cross hairs).  What can I do to keep the pan tool from turning into the select tool?Message was edited by: David Ernst

Hi Ganodaker,Sorry for the delay in response.If you wish to keep the pan tool as default, you need to make changes under the preferences window.Launch the application and go to application Preferences > General.Make sure that only the box for "Make Hand tool read articles" is checked from the option shown below in the screenshot.Once you make the changes, click OK at the bottom to save the changes.Then check if it is working as you required.Let us know if you are referring to something else.Regards,Meenakshi
