Pan and zoom outside page boundaries

Hello,Just jumped into newest version of acrobat and some things are not quite clear. Can You please clarify how can i pan with hand tool outside the page boundaries? It is sticked to the page area but i need to zoom in and pan around page where the grey interface area.  Have a nice day,

As per the product design, the pan tool works within the page boundaries. To learn more about the page magnification please go through the help page https://adobe.ly/3OBD49v and see if that works.
