Paper forms Barcode turns gray in LiveCycle Designer ES4

I added a Paper forms barcode to my LiveCycle designer form.

I created a collection to populate the barcode.

When I preview the PDF and use a field that populates the barcode the barcode turns gray.

Reader can only display static barcodes. If the value changes you must apply a special right to the file for it to work in Reader.

This right can't be applied using Acrobat or LCD, though. It requires another product from the LiveCycle family.
