Pas de reseau alors que connecter en wifi ou 5g

Quand je fait une recherche de documents impossible de l'ouvrir car message qui me dit " erreur de connexion a espace de stockage  adobe. Veuillez verifier votre connexion internet" 

 

Alors que je suis soit en 5g soit en wifi plein.

    Have you started experiencing this issue recently after the update, or was it occurring earlier as well?


    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Try with a different PDF file and check.


    What version of Adobe Acrobat are you using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 26.001.21677 Planned update, Jun 17, 2026 Go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

    If the issue still occurs, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity and further investigation.
