Password protect multiple pdf - removal of Action Tool Wizard?

I used to use the Action Tool Wizard to batch password protect multiple pdf's at once.

With the new version of Acrobat Pro I cannot find Action Tool wizard, and when try and password protect a pdf it only gives me option protect 1 x pdf at a time.

Any ideas?
