Password required but documents are not password protected.

Hi all,

 

I just got a new phone and came with Adobe installed. I just can't open any documents as it requires password even if the document is not password protected. What can I do to resolve this?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As it asks for the password, please share a screenshot of the window so we can check if it asks for a file password. Also, share the Adobe and OS versions on the device.

You may try reinstalling the application from your device's App Store or Google Play Store. Check if that helps.

Please help me! I have PDF files that I created and did not password protect. ALL solutions I've found do not work. I have Adobe Cloud Creative. These are MY ILES with no password set...is there a universal password the Adobe assigned without my permission? Thanks!
