Paste and Printing Issues

I have created tables in excel that I have copied and pasted into a PDF document. When I go to print the document everything other than the excel table prints. How do I get the PDF to recognize the excel table, that I pasted/saved into the document, when I print?

I believe when you paste into a PDF you are creating a comment layer. Try including comments when printing.

You can also use an Acrobat Preflight Fixup to flatten all annotations into the page content.

You might find better control of the re-sizing and positioning of the tables if you place the original PDF into InDesign, then save the Excel tables as PDFs and also place them into InDesign, finally exporting to a new PDF from InDesign.

You could also place your Excel tables directly into InDesign, but that's another topic.

Thanks, Luke. Printing with comments worked perfectly. I am novice - I will have to check out InDesgin sometime.
