Paying for Acrobat Pro, but I can't download it

Hi,

We have a Business Adobe License for Adobe Creative Cloud. I can see in the apps included in my subscription that I am supposed to have access to Acrobat Pro, but it’s impossible to download it from the Adobe CC desktop app, or even online. It says that I need to have a subscription, but I do have one and Adobe says that I have one included in my subscription…

How can I solve this? Thank you so much.

I downloaded Acrobat form your link. It seems to work for now. Thank you. It still looks like I don’t have that in my Adobe CC, but when I open the app, I have all the pro tools. Thank you.

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have a business and a personal account created under the same email. Please log out of the application and re-login using your Business account as described here https://adobe.ly/3Rv5Lto and see if that works.

You may also download the Acrobat application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/4wUcvjk

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

I am logged into my business account. Here’s some pictures of how it looks at the moment. I am not the owner of the Admin Console though.

    Hi @https://adobe.ly/4gN6iBd

Hi, I have checked the account details and found that the Acrobat seat has not been assigned to you by the account admin. Please contact your account admin to get the Acrobat seat assigned to you. Once done, run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3T5W4SK , reboot the computer, and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3R8PRVz and see if that helps.

It sounds like your license isn't syncing properly with your Adobe account. First, sign out of the Creative Cloud app, sign back in, and make sure you're using the same account that's assigned the Business license. If Acrobat Pro still shows that you need a subscription, your Adobe admin may need to check that the license is actually assigned to your account.

Indeed. It seemed to be the issue here. I downloaded the app manually from the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/desktop/get-started/access-the-app/install-acrobat-enterprise.html?linkId=100000431868184

I am now able to use the pro version, but I still have a synching problem with the Adobe CC desktop app.
