hi guys :

Please i need your urgent assist i just tried to download adobe player last month but it never works and they i tried to deactivate it

but the website is like a maze you never reach it

no customer support nothing clear i end out finding they took from my bank account 40 euro for something i never use

How can i contact them in order to get back my money and stop this automatic payment without my authorization

This is what i tried to explain i didn't receive invoice or request to subscribe

I just found it in my bank statement

Please find the attached file

Im asking the full refund and to unsubscribe as im not interested
