i have purchased pro adobe acrobat in june 2021 suddenly today all features has stopped suddnely asking fr 7 days trial though you cut monthly payement fro my account

whats that ?????

Adobe is the worst thing I've seen in my life! They are thieves, please never buy from them whoever reads this.

They charge you for a whole year even if you retire before and don't allow you to unsuscribed unless you have paid, they basically take your credit card as a hostage.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id (used in the next step), https://www.adobe.com/account.html

a. your subscription is active,

b. you have no subscription and you're paying for one

What exactly did you purchase? A subscription, or a perpetual license? What version did you install?

THEY DEDUCTED FROM MY VISA CARD MONTHLY AND  ALREADY THE PAYEMENT OF DECEMBER HAS BEEN PAID  , THOUGH SHOWWING AS IF I AM NOT SUBSCRIBED !!!!!!!!!!!
