EXISTE ALGUMA VERSÃO DO ADOBE, ACROBAT, PDF... que eu possa usar só para abrir e salvar arquivos em PDF GRÁTIS?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free application for viewing PDF files, but not for creating them. There's no such free tool from Adobe.
