  • I have created templates documents which are used to gather information for different individuals however when I combine the documents into one PDF that information changes on all the documents to reflect only the information of one individual despite the documents being completed with information for different individuals separately not sure how to fix this issue

Do the individual PDFs use the exact same field name for Fields such as name, address, etc.?

 

When the field names are identical, then the PDF will use one set of data. This can be useful when you have a multi page PDF and need to have the name or date on every page. When you type the info into one field, it populates all fields with the identical name.

Another option is to flatten all files before merging them. That will allow you to merge them as a single PDF, instead of a Portfolio.
