PDF a PDF

Hi,  Using Adobe Pro i am trying to PDF an existing PDF to re-size (or in some circumstances flatten) it. When i try to do the the following dialog boxes appear...  'The document could not be printed' and then 'There were no pages selected to print'     I have done this process many times before a recent update performed on my desktop.  Can some please help as use this everyday.     Thanks

What is your OS? Is Acrobat up to date?

Try resetting your Acrobat preferences.

Here is a link describing how to do it. You can copy the original preference files to a new folder, in case you decide to revert.

How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Before you do that, take a look at your Acrobat preferences, try turning off Security (enhanced), uncheck Enable Enhanced Security.
