Hi,

PDF Acrobate PRO cannot be edited on both my computers?

On  computer at home I can export PDF från bank (bank account statement) and highlight/edit PDF but not on the computer at my work.

I have Windows 11 at home and at work I have Windows 10.

Can the Windows version affect this?

Uppdate Adobe might help?

Thanks in advance

You might also check on Acrobat Pro > Preferences > Forms to see whether the Highlight color is switched on or off.

You might also check on Acrobat Pro > Preferences > Forms to see whether the Highlight color is switched on or off.

Are you certain it is the same version of Acrobat and not, say, free Reader?

You should be able to highlight even in the free Reader...

Hi mark 19941995,

Thank you for reaching out.

It depends on whether both versions are the same or different. Please check and confirm if you are using the Acrobat or the Acrobat Reader on the other machine.

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to edit the PDF on another machine? What options do you get, or do you receive error messages? More information would be helpful in sharing the correct information.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
