PDF and print dialog issue

Has anyone come across this issue with PDFs?  Adobe files automatically keep downloading to my desktop when I select to print them from emails. I have "ask where to save files" turned on but that is for downloading. I simply click on print and it saves it to my desktop. Then if I double click the file on my desktop to see what file it is (That I didn't save on purpose), it automatically opens the print dialog window and I have to close it twice before I can just simply see the file.

Hi ls112

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue you are experiencing for more clarity.

Check for any missing/pending updated for printer driver/firmware and try updating it. You may also try to remove the printer driver from the computer, reboot the device and reinstall the printer driver from the manufacturers website and check.

If you are printing from Acrobat, Please go to Print > Advanced and make sure the option 'Print as image' is unchecked > click OK and reboot the application and check.

Let us know how it goes.
