PDF bates stamp - saved settings disappears

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 release (classic) version 2015.006.30306

We recently had a Windows upgrade.

Now when I go to a BATEs Stamping page, then pick my saved settings - the moment I start typing my text for the BATES the saved settings disappears. 

Is this something others have seen? Is this a known issue and is there a work around?
