PDF Conversion Failed

Since this monday, the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that I have cannot convert my Excel file to PDF file.

However, the excel is not changed and one week ago, it could still do the job.

How should I do? The conversion from excel to PDF is very important for my work.

Thank you,

Hi Valériel

We are sorry for the trouble and the delay in response. I hope you would be able to fix it by now. If the issue still persists, we need some more information for a better understanding:

Is this a behavior with a particular File or with all the Excel files that you try to create a PDF?  Try Creating the PDF from a different File and check? If its a file specific issue please share the file with us for testing. Please upload the file on the document cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/) generate the link and share the link with us.

What are the steps you are doing to create the PDF file? and what is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using to create the PDF? To check the version of the application please use the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html) make sure you have the latest version 20.006.20034 Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Also, please try the steps provided in the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html) and see if that helps.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal

Hello Amal,

Thank you for your reply.

The problem consists on one single file. Sometimes you are able to convert it into PDF file sometime not.

However, it is always the same excel file with the same structure.

Here is the excel file in question, please click the link generated by your cloud service :

https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/track?uri=urn%3Aaaid%3Ascds%3AUS%3A710da79a-f01d-420d-8856-339f25951b63

To create the PDF file, I use your online website Convert Excel to PDF.

Thank you in advance for your feedback,

Best regards,

Valériel

Hi Valériel,

Thanks for sharing the excel file in question. We tried to reproduce the issue at our end and it's working fine.

Please try to create the PDF from the Acrobat Ribbon present in the MS Excel and see how it goes. For more information, please use the help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html

Keep us posted with the results.
