PDF conversion glitches images

I have a jpg image that glitches completely when I right click > convert it to pdf.

 

This is happening for many files actually, and I have a deadline closing in. I can successfully add the images to a PDF Portfolio but I need them in PDF files. Any help?

Hope you are doing well and  sorry for the trouble. As described PDF conversion glitches the images.

 

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to convert images to PDF?

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version of the application go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20048 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

You may also try to create a new test user profile in windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.
