PDF Conversion into excel

I try to convert a bank statement from the Deutsche Bank into Excel.

I have a mac working on the latest version of Big Sur.

The result in excel is that the statement is put into various excels but the language in excel I can't read and no numbers are provided.

Please let me know what needs to be changed so I can do a proper conversion into excel

Please let me know where I need to look to change this

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, converting the PDF to excel you are not able to read the excel file and also the numbers are missing

 

- Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to export the PDF to Excel ?

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try to convert a different PDF file to Excel and check.

 

Please try to export the PDF to Excel as follows and see if that helps:

- Open the PDF file

- Go to Tools > Export PDF

- Select 'Spreadsheet' > Microsoft Excel Workbook > and click on the small gear icon to open the settings box.

- Select the option 'Create single worksheet for the doument' and check 'Recognise text if needed'

- You may also set language and then click OK and check.
