Suggestion:

 

Convert PDF to an Intermediate Format (EPS) and Then to CGM

Step 1: In Acrobat, export the PDF to EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) or SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics).

  • Go to File > Export To > PostScript (EPS) or File > Export To > SVG.

Step 2: Use vector graphics software like a specialized CAD tool to convert the EPS to CGM format
