Hi,

I have read the Help Files all... I have configured my Digital Sign that works via USB Token.

So the Problem: If i set password to morethan 8 characters, Its not working as the OK button is greyed out.. If its 6-8 characters then it works.. Is it a bug?

Its on Acrobat Reader on MAC latest version.

@yogesh_5511 it sound slike a bug if it works with 6-8 characters. Until Adobe resolves the bug, you may need to use a password of 6-8 characters for signing (try to add weird character like !@#%&* to make it a little stronger). This is not ideal for security, but it may be necessary for functionality.

Hi @yogesh_5511

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry for the trouble you've experienced.

If this issue is a bug, I would like to report it to our product engineering team. However, I will need your assistance with the following information:

1. The version of the reader you have installed: https://adobe.ly/44iFFxC

2. A detailed step-by-step description of the workflow that leads to the greyed-out button.

3. A video or screenshot of the workflow would be extremely helpful. Sometimes, issues cannot be replicated in-house, and having visual documentation allows us to identify the specifics, including the operating system and app version.

Thank you for your support!
