PDF Displaying Incorrectly

I've been sent branding guidelines and the pdf is all jumbled, I've redownloaded the file, tested it in edge and acrobat and also contacted the creators of it. They said its fine on their end, text is overlapping, not sitting in right spot and designed icons look smash up, any ideas how to fix this?

What application was used to create this PDF file? What application is used to view on the creator's side?

Always give full version numbers. But you missunderstood. How are the people on the creator's side viewing the document?

There will be a hint on the document's creation program, when looking at the properties. (ctrl/cmd d)

You can also ask the creators! You seem to be in contact with them.

Can you share the document or is it confidential?
