pdf documents print on half page followed by a blank sheet

I just received my new computer (Windows 10 pc).  Whenever I print a pdf document, it prints on 1/2 the page and follows with a blank sheet of paper.  I tried to print a pdf on another new windows 10 computer I have (laptop), and the problem followed.  I haven't yet run into any problems printing other documents.  It's only happening when I try to print a pdf.  Any ideas, thoughts, or solutions?

These are 2 options you can try:

  • Try printing a different PDF document.
  • Try print as image (Advance tab)

Other things to check:

  • are the printer drivers up to date. Please check at the printer manufacturer's web site, as automatic updates fail sometimes.
