PDF embed API Print and download don't work in Chrome browser

Question

I'm trying to use the PDF embed API as a third party.
When I'm running my code the print and download don't work fine only in Chrome but in other browsers print works fine but the download gives me an error of Not allowed to download due to sandboxing
Any idea why?
