pdf#eng#a

Does anyone have this issue?  Every time I save a PDF to my computer within 24 hrs I have an additional PDF copy with this extension pdf#eng#a and a txt file with a new folder added called Other_converted_files.

I am not sure if this is a setting under Adobe or Microsoft Edge.

Does anyone know how to stop this from reoccurring?
