PDF-Erstellung von Excel-Dateien nicht möglich

Hallo, ich habe unter Windows 10 Acrobat Pro aufgerufen, dort Erstellen > Einzelne Seite genutzt um eine XLSX-Datei in PDF zu konvertieren. Der Vorgang startet, bricht dann aber ab. In der Meldung erscheint der Hinweis, das möglicherweise keine Leseberechtigung vorliegt. Gleicher Vorgang mit XLS-Datei funktioniert. Habe neue XLSX-Dateien erstellt und auch verschiedene Speicherorte ausprobiert. Bei einer Bekannten, die auf einem anderen System arbeitet, das gleiche. Versuch, den Vorgang auf einem anderen Rechner (hier Microsoft Surface, Windows 11) durchzuführen, verlief erfolgreich, es wurden die selben XLSX-Dateien genutzt, die beim Windows 10-Rechner zu Problemen führten.

Ebenso tadellose Umsetzung unter Mac.

Ich konnte ebenso auf allen Rechnern über Adobe.acrobat.com die Konvertierung vornehmen.

Selbstverständlich jeweils mit aktiven CreativeCloud-Zugriff.

 

Ist das Problem bekannt? Gibt es Lösungsansätze?

As we understand, the issue occurs only on Acrobat Pro in Windows 10. We have not heard of the problem before. However, we can check with the team to get this behavior checked. For that, we would need more information. 

 

Could you please share the error message that appears? Also, is it a personal machine or a work machine?

Did you create the file? Please share a sample PDF on which the issue occurs. We will try to replicate the behavior on our end. Share the Acrobat version number on the machine.

 

In the meantime, try repairing the application installation and check for updates. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help. Check if that helps.

Thanks a lot. I've created screenshots for the steps i made. The file is an example with test-data - and its part of an tutorial.

As you see, i created an PDF on my Win 10-Machine with Acrobat Pro (last version, updated).

The XLSX is stored on an NAS - i saved it on an local folder - with no results. Trying to save it on an other machine (Microsoft Surface, WIN 11) or on my MAC mini worked fine. The same problem on an machine of an friend of mine, who worked on another machine in another enterprise (with another files, but only with XLSX).

I also created the pdf from the same XLSX-file over adobe.acrobat.com - it works well.
