PDF Failed to save

I need confirmation for a class that I saved a PDF, however, adobe failed in saving the PDF. I remember clearly saving the assignment, but when submitted, it was blank.

I have found the same failure today 4May2019.

whether saving an unchanged file (Save As), or a filled form (Save) only the "Save As" window pops up (Windows 7 PC) then freezes.

Like yourself, I cannot capture the filled form for transmission.

Are you asking a question or simply stating that some anomaly occurred on your computer system. If you have a question, please provide some specifics as to product and version as well as OS, etc.

By the way “adobe” cannot fail “in saving the PDF.” What product (Reader, Acrobat, etc.) were you using and for what reason did you need to “save” a PDF? Were you creating a PDF file? Editing a PDF file? Filling out a form? What?

I was using adobe reader. I tried saving a pdf after editing and it was blank.
