PDF Fields display on Phone but not in Win 10 Desktop App

I received a PDF document from an external user as an attachment in Outlook.  When I open the document on my phone, I can see many fields are filled out.  However, if I open the document in my Acrobat Pro app in Win 10 Pro, the fields do not appear filled out.   Also, if I open the document on my Win 10  Pro desktop with Edge or Chrome browser the fields are not showing as fileld out.  But if I open the document with the Firefox browser, the fields display as filled.     This is the first time I ran across this issue.
