PDF file generation failed

Al generar comprobantes desde un programa de tercero e intentar descargarlo desde ADOBE ACROBAT se me presenta el siguiente problema:

 

Tengo entendido que es un error de fuente. Necesito ayuda, quisiera saber como poder resolverlo
