Pdf file with mp4 file

Now, it is impossible to read a movies in a pdf-file containing with Arobat Pro DC of MAC PC. A type of the movie file is "mp4". One weak ago, I could read it. Also, my clleague has the same trouble, now. Could you give me good tips?

Please install the latest patch available for Acrobat 20.009.20065 Optional update, May 21, 2020 from the help menu > select check for updates, reboot the application and check.

Thanks a lot.

My PC is MAC and I am choosing "Adobe flash player".

It is impssible to open the pdf file including mp4-file, still now.

Could you show me a solution?
