PDF files are not opening

I try to open PDF files in my computer . It opens but after a minute an error stating there is no account found, pop up and Adobe shuts down. I can work with Adobe online, but it is not always convenient.  I pay my account monthly so, there are no invoices pending.

How can I fix this issue?

Do you still experience the issue? Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20414) and let us know if the issue is fixed for you?

 

If yes, please help us gather the logs from your machine: https://adobe.ly/43550dL. Please make sure Procmon is selected. You can upload logs using this tool and share your Unique log ID with us.
