Hi, we are having troubles opening PDF documents from Outlook & from the Adobe app itself.

It has been happening for the last two days, getting very frustrating.

We have deleted the app and reinstalled and still nothing

Experiencing same issues and it seems to be around the time we rolled out Windows 11.

We have machines with the following specs:

Surface Pro 9 - i7 32GB Ram 1TB SSD

Surface Laptop 5 - i7 32 GB Ram 1TB SSD

After contacting the support team about this issue my Adobe is running smoothly and here is what was done.

1. Uninstall Adobe Acrobat

2. Delete all Adobe Acrobat appdata files (C:\Users\<username>\AppData)

3. Uninstall Creative Cloud

4. Downloaded and run AcroCleaner

5. Install Adobe Acrobat

6. Install any updates

Hopefully this works for everyone else, if not I would contact Adobe support.

We are having same issues starting a month ago.  Uninstalled, repaired, etc with no resolution.

I'm experiencing the same issue, it has been intermittent over the past few months. Does anyone else experience it freezing straight after the document opens and have to use task manager to end before trying to open another PDF too?

I am having the same issues.  Started early this week.  Let me know if you came to a resolution.

What are the troubles?

And what are the computer's specs? You are saying "we". How many computers are experiencing the same issues?
