PDF Fillable form font different sizes

Good morning, I have read several other posts regarding this and in the forums however nothing is fixing my issue. I combined documents and made the forms fillable and went through and set the font to the ssame size and type under the appearance tab. However, when I have staff in the office fill it out and print it, all the fields are different. I'm at a loss for what to do to resolve the issue

Do you know in what application(s) that other people are opening the file? Instruct them to use Adobe Reader (or Acrobat) for best results, and certainly not to open it in a browser or in Apple Preview.

yes, they are using adobe for sure. Not sure which version though, would that make a difference?

No, if they are using Adobe software then the version should not matter, and it should work correctly.

I recommend you ask them for screenshots. Many people think they use one thing when in fact they use another... We've seen it happen here multiple times in the past.
