PDF Form auto filling incorrectly

Hi all, hope this makes sense.

I have a user who fills out a PDF form for their customers.

It is set as a read-only copy and should be blank but occasionally when they reopen it, it has prefilled data from the last customer details they filled in.

They can click on it and edit it, but is there a reason this keeps happening?
They are opening it on Edge, and i'm fairly certain they don't have pro.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

     

    Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the steps the user is doing to open the PDF form and fill it?

     

    If they are using Acrobat Pro , please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Forms > Turn Off the Auto Complete> Click OK and reboot the application and see if that works for you.
