Pdf form - how does the text feld adjust to the amount of text being filled in?

I am creating a PDF form and have text fields where people should actually write short essays in some text Felds. How do I make a Setting so that the text Feld adjusts in size to the amount of text that People fill in?

That's not possible in an Acrobat form. You can set the text size to automatically adjust to the fixed size of the field, though.

Acrobat PDF forms does not support dynamic field sizes and form content reflow. It is possible with a lot of JavaScript. LiveCycle forms supports dynamic form form fields, content reflow and dynamic PDFs.

Acrobat forms support the "Auto" font size.

    PDF forms are just like paper forms. When you design a paper form you have to decide in advance how big the boxes are.

      That's not possible in an Acrobat form. You can set the text size to automatically adjust to the fixed size of the field, though.
