PDF form not calculating one particular field

I have created a fillable PDF with Acrobat Pro DC. There are many lines of addition in this form, but one particular field does not calculate and add to the total. I've tried deleting it and adding a new field in edit mode. The properties are the same as the other fields, but it still won't calculate. Any thoughts or help appreciated.
