PDF form: Save and Submit button are not working in Google Chrome/Edge

Hi all,

 

I have a PDF Form with a button Save and Submit the form to Save a file to disk and send an email using mailto:  In Adobe Reader or Pro it works perfectly. However, on Chrome and Edge, these 2 buttons do not work.

Has anyone encountered this and is there a way to solve it?
