Can I create a form in pdf (Mac) that will populate its input right into Access (Wiindows) where a quote can be generated?

Acrobat can longer connect to an SQL database. You can directly connect to an SQL database with LiveCycle. To use Acrobat you would need a 3rd party plug-in or submit your PDF form as an FDF to a scripted webpage that would then process the FDF into the database.
