PDF form – Unable to get started.

I completed one PDF form with the help of a free trial and thought there would be no more, only to find I’ve cancelled my free trial too soon. I’ve been unexpectedly sent another PDF to complete. The free trial would be still valid if I could reactivate it, but instead I've had to pay for a month, yet I still can’t fill in boxes in the PDF I’ve been sent!

I thought my problem was something to do with downloading and re-installing the software, but I can’t do any more to this wretched PDF form I’ve been sent that I could when I first saw it! The menu items are all greyed out as unobtainable. I’ve used the Modify, Repair, Remove option, selecting Repair, to no avail!

Please can someone help?

you can only have one trial that merits a full refund.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks1 I've just cancelled, and thankfully the company has another method for me to send the required info.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
