PDF form with radio button with multiple words option doesn't work

Hi,

I am creating a PDF form template with a radio buttons which has multiple options. each option has value contains multiple words. for example, Credit Union, Mortgage Bank. I want to pass the value user selected from the webpage and let system auto generate the PDF by using this template automatically. I noticed if the radio option doesn't have any space or just one word, the value populated properly, but not working when I pass the multiple words as one value to the form template. Is there a way to make multiple words  radio button work?
