PDF Formatting

So I have a PDF that I created in publisher for a brochure, I set it up in 8.5 X 11 format to print in an 11 X 17 booklet. Now I want to post it online but it stays in a 8.5 X 11 format is there any way to save it in a PDF booklet format so I can post it online?
