PDF forms are not editable in IE 11

We need to open a pdf form in IE 11 ,Its opening perfectly fine but the buttons on the pdf is not responding on click .Could you plz help on this

How the below toolbar/plugins can be available in IE 11,I mean whats need to be installed at system/browser level

You don't need Adobe Acrobat for the use of PDF forms.

our requirement is pdf form should open in IE browser and user should be able to edit and save the form by click on save button

This is working perfectly fine in IE 11 where the plugins are available in browser
