PDF Forms submit button reply email

Question

I have created a form in adobe with a submit button going to a specific e-mail that is not my own, but when I make the distribute file the submit button changes the email to my e-mail not the email I specified. HELP

We apologize for the delay in response.

We did check the form and its properties. The Submit email that you have set up seems to be correct.

Checked the form field properties, and it is showing correctly there as well.

Are you sending the form from your email to which it is changing the submit email and details? Is that account default outlook setup?

While sending the form, is there any popup or setting change?
