PDF-Formular ind Portfolio

Question

Hallo Community, ich habe ein PDF-Formular erstellt welches die Info für eine Woche aufnehmen kann. Um die Info für einen Monat zu sammeln, habe ich 5 Duplikate erstellt, alln 5 einen unterschiedlichen Namen gegeben. Ein PDF-Portfolio erstellt. In de Erstellung kann ich in allen 5 Seiten unterschiedliche Daten eingebn. Nach dem ABspeichern sehe ich aber nur eine Seite die ich ausfüllen kann. Ich nutze die aktuellste Version von Acrobat Pro. Was mache ich falsch? Bitte um Hilfe-Danke. MfG Armin

Thanks for your question.

Just to clarify — if you’re working with a PDF Portfolio (a container of multiple individual PDFs), each document inside behaves independently. That means if one of the PDFs is a fillable form, it will still function as such within its own window, but the Portfolio itself does not merge or unify those fields.

If you’re not seeing form fields when expected, it’s worth checking:

Whether the individual file is indeed a fillable form.
Whether it opens correctly when viewed outside the Portfolio.
