I have a document created for staff to fill and print. Someone saved their information in the document so now whenever someone else types in it, it only prints the previous persons information. If I would lock the document fields would this fix the issue? I currently do not have the fields locked.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Please try to insert a clear form or reset form button when creating a fillable form so that whenever a new user wants to fill the form, he can first clear the previously filled fields and start fresh.

Add a new button field to your form, then go to its Properties and add a new Mouse Up event. As the action select "Reset a form" and then select all of the fields in the list.
