PDF lässt sich nach Bearbeitung nicht mehr öffnen

Liebe Community!Nachdem ein PDF-Dokument von einem User (mehrere Benutzer teilen sich bei uns einen PC, keiner davon hat Admin-Rechte) kommentiert und gespeichert wurde, lässt es sich von keinem anderen User mehr öffnen. Es verfügt plötzlich niemand mehr über die erforderlichen Berechtigungen, nur der "Kommentierer". Hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee woran das liegt und wie ich das (möglichst einfach) u.U beim abspeichern  ändern kann? Wir arbeiten gemeinsam und möchten auf diesem Weg "papierlos" werden...Vielen Dank vorab!!!!

Thanks for reporting this to us.

From the description given above, we understand that the file you have shared for commenting is not opening for other receivers other than the commenter.

Or is it a case where multiple users share the same PC, and when other than the commenter, anyone else who is opening the file on the same PC cannot view that file?

Please share the exact workflow step-by-step.

For the first scenario, sharing the file using "Shared Review" with Commenting allowed does/should let the users add their comments on it.

For scenario 2, if a person is commenting on a PDF using shared review and saving it, then other users who do not have the rights, would not be able to open of comment on it.

If both scenarios don't match here, then please share a sample file or workflow video with us for better understanding.
