Bonjour, je transforme mes pdf en .exe avec le logiciel Vaysoft pour les protéger. Sur mon pc aucun soucis pour ouvrir les supports. Par contre sur certain pc de mes client j'ai le code erreur % pdf le fichier ne commence pas par pdf. Savez-vous comment résoudre le soucis car le fichier commence à s'ouvrir puis reste blioqué en initialisation suite au code erreur. Merci pour votre aide.

Look into a more global DRM solution that will protect the files while keeping them as PDFs. Distributing an EXE file is a bad idea, for many reasons.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK; we have been operating like this for 6 years without any problems, this error code has only been present for a few weeks and only for 3 clients, so there must have been something implemented at Adobe, that's why I'm indicating this famous error code thinking that someone might know how to solve it, but oh well;

@société_5297 if the customer doesn't have the Vaysoft software to open the PDFs, then yes, it will fail on the PCs. If I saw this .exe files in my emails I would think your file is malware. And just delete them! I would use a 'password' and you can even tell them the 'password' as well. The PDF will open any computer, mobile or tablet. Be easier too! Just my 2 cents!

hank you for your feedback, but it works for 95% of my clients without any problems with Adobe. Only on 5% of PCs do they get that error message. File exclusions are handled by their antivirus software. And no, a simple password isn't sufficient because clients could share my file amongst themselves, and I wouldn't be able to sell my documents anymore.
